No. Federal law excludes drugs used for weight loss from Medicare Part D coverage entirely (Medicare.gov). This is a statutory exclusion, not a plan choice, which means no Part D plan and no Medicare Advantage drug benefit can cover them under the basic benefit, and no appeal will change that particular answer.
The qualifier, and it is the whole reason this question is confusing: the exclusion attaches to the use, not to the molecule. Semaglutide is sold as one branded product for type 2 diabetes and a different branded product for weight management. The diabetes product can be covered; the weight-management product is excluded.
